CRM Reviews & Rankings

Updated June 19, 2026 Independently scored

This is the home for our field-service CRM reviews. Every platform we cover is scored from 1 to 10 against the same seven-criteria rubric — ease of use, feature depth, value, mobile experience, integrations, support, and reliability — using vendor documentation, current pricing, and verified third-party user reviews from Capterra and G2. Below are the five platforms we review most, each with its current score and a link to the full write-up, followed by our trade-specific rankings for contractors who want the pick tuned to their line of work. You can read how the scoring works in our review methodology.

Reviews by trade

The best CRM depends on your line of work. These rankings score the same platforms against the priorities of each trade — emergency response, recurring routes, high-ticket bids, and more.

How we review

Independent, evidence-based, and never pay-to-play

Every score is earned against a published seven-criteria rubric, weighted to reflect what an owner-operated home-service business actually values. We assess each platform at the plan tier most relevant to a small-to-mid operation, using current vendor documentation, published pricing, and the consensus of verified user reviews on Capterra and G2.

No company can pay to appear in our reviews or to rank higher, and no vendor sees a review before it publishes. When a platform changes its pricing or features, we re-check and update the score. You can read the full scoring method on our methodology page.
